Beth Laughton

Ms Laughton is Chair of Risk Management and Compliance Committee. Laughton began her career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (now KPMG) in audit and then spent 25 years advising companies in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and equity capital markets. She has worked at senior levels with Ord Minnett Corporate Finance (now JP Morgan), TMT Partners and Wilson HTM, advising companies in a range of industries including, property, retail and the information, communication, and media sectors. Ms Laughton brings skills in the areas of Property investment and funds management, M&A and equity capital markets, Finance and accounting/audit, corporate governance, Retail, Remuneration, Risk management and sustainability.
