Beth Laughton

Ms Laughton began her career with Peat Marwick Mitchell now KPMG in audit and then spent 25 years advising companies in mergers and acquisitions valuations and equity capital markets. She has worked at senior levels with Ord Minnett Corporate Finance now JP Morgan TMT Partners and Wilson HTM advising companies. She has held a number of other positions unrelated to the Group including Member of Defence SAs Advisory Board from 2007 to 2016 Non-Executive Director of the Cooperative Research Centre for Contamination Assessment Remediation of the Environment from 2012 to 2014 Non-Executive Director of Australand Property Group from 2012 to 2014 Director of Sydney Ferries from 2004 to 2010 and Non-Executive Director of GPT Funds Management Limited from 2015 to 2023.
