Beth Laughton

Ms Laughton is Chair of Risk and Compliance Committee. She began her career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (now KPMG) in audit and then spent 25 years advising companies in mergers and acquisitions, valuations and equity capital markets. She has worked at senior levels with Ord Minnett Corporate Finance (now JP Morgan), TMT Partners and Wilson HTM, advising companies in a range of industries including, property, retail and the information, communication and media sectors. She brings skills in areas of Property investment and funds management, M&A and equity capital markets, Finance and accounting/audit, Corporate governance, Retail, Remuneration and Risk management and sustainability.
