Prior to this, Ben was Chief Operating Officer of BMG, the fourth largest music business in the world. Ben's career began in technology in both software engineering and product development. Ben has particular experience in supporting growing music companies to deliver revenue growth and operational scaling and in using innovative technology to achieve this.
