Mr Torresan is a businessman with experience in capital markets. Mr Torresan has been actively involved in arranging capital raisings for ASX listed companies as well as unlisted public companies, providing investor relation services and assisting boards with development of strategic plans. Mr Torresan has also played a role in negotiating mergers and acquisitions, especially in the mining exploration sector where he has been pivotable in the recapitalization and growth of ASX listed companies. Mr Torresan has held numerous executive positions where his responsibilities have included strategy, operational management, and business development.
