Ms Pankhurst was originally a Chartered Accountant undertaking audit and CFO roles, who took on non-executive and executive roles in the international resource sector becoming Managing Director of Central Asia Resources Limited in 2011 when she managed the development of that Company's gold project in Kazakhstan.She has worked in both the resource and non-resource sectors in numerous countries, including Australia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Dominican Republic and others in Africa and Asia.
