Andrew Stott

Mr Stott has experience in global technology mergers and acquisitions for listed and unlisted companies. He is originally from the UK and worked in London and New York before moving to Singapore in 2012 to open the offices of an international tech-focused law firm. Mr Stott established his own advisory firm in early 2018 and worked as a consultant to Adveritas over the period August 2018 to May 2023, helping implement its expansion strategy through relationships with internationally based customers and partners. Mr Stott's advisory firm specializes in the TMT and Fintech sectors and advises companies and investors on their expansion strategies including by way of international M&A, investment deals and strategic joint ventures as well as sector-partnership deals.
