Mr Darbyshire has 35 years' experience in digital transformation and point-of-sale software development as well as 10 years' experience in electronic engineering. He was CEO and founder of Pacsoft Pty Ltd which provided unique inventory control for complex retail environments. His Board appointments include Zoos Victoria Foundation, The Song Room, Child Abuse Prevention Research Australia at Monash University (Chair), Caitlin's Retreat (founder), Petstock Foundation and Authentic Entertainment Limited. He is member of risk and compliance, and Chair of people and IT strategy committee.
