Rachel AM

Ms Grimes has more than 30 years of experience in financial services to the Board, including experience in asset management and mergers and acquisitions. Rachel is a director of ASX-listed entities HUB24, Digital Infrastructure REIT and is the Chair of the L1 Global Long Short Fund board as well as Australian Payments Plus (and its subsidiaries) and Angus Knight. She is a member of the Financial Reporting Council and the Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee of Surfing Australia. Rachel is a past President of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) (2016-2018), past President of ICAA (now CA ANZ) and was awarded a Member in the General Division Medal in 2022 for her service to business in the field of accountancy and to professional associations. She is Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and serves as a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee.
