Alison Ledger

Ms Ledger held senior strategic and operational roles at Insurance Australia Group Ltd for eight years, including Executive General Manager for Product, Pricing & eBusiness and Chief Operating Officer of The Buzz Insurance, where she led the digital transformation of the direct-to-consumer business. She previously worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company in the UK and Australia, and as a banker with Chase Investment Bank and Bankers Trust. She is Chair of the People Committee and Chair of the Technology Committee.
