Alan Rule

Mr Rule brings more than 30 years of financial and executive experience within ASX listed mining companies, including operations and projects across Australia, Africa, and North and South America, spanning commodities. He has served as a Non-Executive Director of listed companies since 2016. He currently sits on the boards of Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL), Ora Banda Mining Ltd (ASX: OBM) and Yellow Cake plc (AIM-listed). He was a non-executive director of Leo Lithium Limited (ASX:LLL) from 2023 until 2026. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions within the global mining sector. From 2017 to 2021, Mr Rule was Chief Financial Officer of Galaxy Resources Limited until its acquisition. His previous CFO roles include Sundance Resources Limited, Paladin Energy Limited, Mount Gibson Limited, and St Barbara Mines Limited.He is a chair of Risk Committee.
