Mr Griffin has over 40 years of experience in the resource sector. During that time, he has held directorships of many private and listed resource companies and overseen the operation of integrated mining and processing facilities. He has been involved in developing several lithium extraction technologies, high-performance cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries, and recycling of battery materials. He is currently a technical advisor to Lithium Australia Limited, a diversified battery materials company of which he was a founding director.
