Mr Davey's expertise spans over 35 years and includes capital raising, mergers and acquisition, ASX listings, asset sales and purchases, transaction due diligence and director duties. Mr Davey has been involved in growing businesses in both the industrial and mining sector. This has been achieved through holding various roles within different organizations, including Chairman, Managing Director, Non-executive director, major shareholder or corporate adviser to the board. Mr Davey is also the Chairman of Adult and Teen Challenge Foundation, which supports the work of Adult and Teen Challenge helping families breaking free from the bondage of addiction.
