With over 25 years of experience working with ASX-listed companies, Yasmin has a understanding of governance, risk management, compliance and regulation. Yasmin currently serves as a non-executive director of Wright Prospecting Pty Ltd, RAC WA Holdings Pty Ltd, RAC Insurance Pty Ltd, Synergy (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) and VOC Group Limited. Yasmin has previously served as non-executive director of Resolute Mining (ASX/LSE-listed gold producer), Western Areas (ASX-listed nickel producer) and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.
