Mr Winter is the Director of Tshipi e Ntle Manganese Mining Proprietary Limited. He led the aggregation of Australian and African business units and the formation of the Global Surface contract mining business with over 40 projects for Perenti, the turnaround of the African business unit and growth of the Australian business unit. Before Perenti, Scott was Chief Operating Officer at Mineral Resources Limited supporting the selldown and subsequent integration of its Wodgina lithium mine with Albermarle. He is a chair of the Sustainability, Safety and Operations Committee.
