William Moncrieff

Mr Moncrieff is counsel with the law firm Blackwall Legal LPP and a proprietor of McKenzie Moncrieff Consulting. He has previously been a partner of the law firms Jackson McDonald and Clayton UTZ, a director of McKenzie Moncrieff Lawyers. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, advising on corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and equity capital markets. Mr Moncrieff is a member of the Risk Committee.
