Mr Grounds is a senior executive and board member with record of managing businesses across geographies and in diverse industry sectors, including regulated environments. Mr Grounds is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Infinity World Development Corp from 2008 to 2021, overseeing Dubai World's investments in CityCenter Las Vegas, Fontainebleau Miami and The Grand Los Angeles.
