Mr Brown is the Chief Investment Officer of Terrace Tower Group, a Sydney and New York based real estate and investment company started by John Saunders, one of two co-founders of Westfield Group. Mr Brown also has served as a Partner and member of the investment committee at AIM13, a multi-family investment office with more than US$1 billion invested in alternative assets. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Hartz Capital, a privately-owned multi-strategy hedge fund associated with the Leonard Stern family office. Prior to joining Hartz, Mr Brown worked at Berenson & Company, Credit Suisse First Boston, Lazard Freres and Lehman Brothers. Mr Brown began his investment career in 1989 as an investment banking analyst at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr Brown is a member of the Company's Risk Committee.
