Wayne Stevenson

Mr Stevenson executive background was in banking and financial services where he held positions across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Mr Stevenson brings experience of the financial services industry including 15 years at ANZ involving a range of disciplines including technology project management and the undertaking of acquisitions, restructures and divestments in his roles as Group General Manager, Group Strategy, and prior to that CFO Asia Pacific, Europe and America. Mr Stevenson has developed a career as a professional director with a number of roles within regulated sectors, financial services. He was an independent non-executive Director of Onepath Life Insurance Ltd, Onepath General Insurance Ltd and ANZ Lenders Mortgage Insurance Ltd and chaired QMS Media Ltd during its IPO and listing on the ASX. Mr Stevenson was also an independent non-executive director of Bigtincan Holdings Ltd. He is currently a non-executive director of Credit Union Australia (trading as Great Southern Bank) and Cuscal Ltd (ASX:CCL). Mr Stevenson is chair of the Risk Committee.
