Wayne Osborn

Mr Osborn worked in the telecommunications and iron ore industries, before joining Alcoa (Australia) in 1979. Mr Osborn held several senior management positions with Alcoa over the course of his career, including having accountability for its Asia-Pacific manufacturing operations in China, Japan, Korea and Australia. Mr Osborn brings expertise in mining and smelting operations, large-scale capital projects and commodity value chain management. Mr Osborn has experience in leading workforces, expertise in overseeing remuneration design and implementation. He is a member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee.
