Mr Lee has experience in the international financial services industry, including 15 years at AXA in senior management positions within the company's Australian and Asian businesses. Warren was previously the Chief Executive Officer of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation and Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited. He has previously served as a Director of Avenue Hold Limited and Avenue Bank Limited. Warren is currently a Non-Executive Director of MetLife Limited, Warakirri Asset Management Limited and Flinders Investment Partners Pty Ltd and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is a member of Risk Committee.
