Mr Lee has experience in the international financial services industry, including 15 years at AXA in senior management positions within the company's Australian and Asian businesses. Warren was previously the Chief Executive Officer of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation and Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand for AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited. He has previously served as a Director of Avenue Bank Limited and Tower Limited. Warren is currently a Non-Executive Director of MetLife Limited, and Solterra Agriculture Pty Ltd, and is the Chair of Warakirri Asset Management Limited, Rest Agriculture Pty Ltd and Flinders Investment Partners Pty Ltd. He is a member of the Risk Committee.
