Vincent Fayad

Mr Fayad has 30 years of experience in the areas of accounting, auditing and corporate advisory. Mr Fayad was a senior partner of mid tier accounting firm, PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers (East Coast) Partnership, now a member of the BDO Network where the last 15 years, prior to his leaving the firm were spent as the head of the corporate advisory division. Mr Fayad has advised a number of transactions, including a number of mining and exploration transactions both in Australia and around the world. He also has experience in advising companies on funding and strategy as well as corporate secretarial matters. Mr Fayad is also a registered tax agent and auditor.
