Vicki Carter

Ms Carter is a member of the Board People and Culture Committee, Board Technology and Transformation Committee, and Board Risk Committee. Vicki has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and telecommunications sectors with executive roles in distribution, strategy and operations, human resources and transformation. Vicki's former roles include Executive Director, Transformation Delivery at Telstra, and prior to that, she held executive roles at NAB including Executive General Manager, Retail Bank, Executive General Manager, Business Operations and General Manager, People and Culture, as well as leadership roles at MLC, ING and Prudential Assurance Co Ltd.
