She is currently Global President, Activewear for Hanesbrands, where she is responsible for the apparel portfolio across the globe, including Champion, Hanes, and Gear for Sport. Prior to that she held high profile roles at Adidas, TJX, Macy's, and Stitch Fix. She is part of the Wharton Retail Board, a founder member of Chief, and a member of the Runway of Dreams executive council.
