Mr Lyons was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2022 and subsequently was appointed as Executive Director on 1 March 2023. He is a geologist with 18 years of international experience in the resources industry across Australia and Europe, covering multiple facets from project generation and mineral exploration through to project development-related work. This includes over 10 years of operating in the West Arunta region. He has broad experience in a range of commodities including industrial minerals, precious and base metals, and bulks. He is also a Non Executive Director of Tali Resources Ltd (ASX: TR2) and a Director of Niobium Holdings Pty Ltd, a private company which retains a substantial shareholding in WA1. He has held no other public directorships in the last three years.
