Timothy Sullivan

Mr Sullivan is Co-CEO and co-founder at Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP), a private equity firm based in Chicago Illinois. Since MDP's formation in 1992, the firm has raised eight funds with aggregate capital of over $22 billion and has completed investments in 140 companies across a spectrum of industries. Tim has over 30 years of private equity experience. Prior to co-founding MDP in 1992, Tim was with First Chicago Venture Capital after serving as an Officer in the US Navy for over 7 years of duty. Other current directorship is held with Option Care Health Inc (NASDAQ: OPCH).
