Mr Dudley has over 20 years of mining and finance experience, including working with investment firms and supporting emerging mining companies. Mr Dudley has worked for Anglo American, Shell, and Peabody Mining Services in Australia. Mr Dudley moved to the UK in 2006 and worked as a mining analyst at Arbuthnot Securities and then Collins Stewart, eventually leaving as Head of Mining Research in London, where he was responsible for analyzing mines and projects globally and providing mining sector research coverage. Mr Dudley joined Tembo Capital in 2014. Tembo Capital is a leading mining-focused private equity group which has a strong track record of identifying and supporting emerging resource companies. Mr Dudley was appointed Partner at Tembo Capital in 2021.
