Ms Rybarczyk is a finance professional with over 30 years in business management, finance, strategic planning, investor relations and accounting. With over 20 years at Wesfarmers in senior and executive leadership roles including General Manager - CSBP Fertilisers, and Chief Financial Officer - Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers, Tanya brings expertise in manufacturing, service delivery, governance, and strategic planning and execution. Prior to Wesfarmers Tanya worked at Ernest and Young and several businesses in Europe. Beyond Wesfarmers, Tanya was recently the President Asia Pacific at Dyno Nobel Ltd. She is currently a Director of the West Australian Ballet and previously served as a Director and Treasurer at Gas Energy Australia, as Chair of Fertilisers Australia and Treasurer and Director of CommunityWest Inc.
