Ms Wolford spent 17 years at BMO Capital Markets, holding a variety of senior leadership positions, and was Vice Chair in her final role. She has extensive investment and corporate banking experience and, at BMO Capital Markets, was previously Group Head and Managing Director of the Technology and Business Services Group. She has advised hundreds of education companies on M&A and financing activity throughout her career. Ms Wolford is on the Director's Leadership Council of the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. She is currently serving as a board member of Savvas Learning Company, Lightbridge Academy, Edify Acquisition Corporation and became a board member of eDynamic Learning. In 2023 she joined the Board of Mindprint Learning.
