Mr Deb is the Chairman cum Managing Director of NMDC Ltd. Prior to his appointment as Chairman of NMDC, he was Director (Personnel) and responsible for various functions of Personnel & Admin, Human Resource Development, Law, and Corporate Communications of NMDC Ltd. Prior to NMDC, he was with Rashtriya lspat Nigam Limited (RINL) where he worked for 25 years gaining experience in the steel industry. Mr Deb also has experience in the marketing and distribution of steel and iron ore, sponge iron, pellets and diamonds. His other directorships includes NMDC Limited, NMDC-CMDC Limited, NMDC CSR Foundation.
