Mr Lim is the Chief Executive Officer of Firmus Capital Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based private equity real estate investment management firm established in 2017. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate funds, investment, and asset management across the Asia Pacific region, including Australia. In 2011, he co-founded Rockworth Capital Partners, a real estate investment management firm in Singapore, where he contributed to growing its assets under management to $1 billion by 2017. Prior to that, he held roles in investment management at Frasers Property Limited, Frasers Commercial Trust, and ALLCO REIT.
