His extensive boardroom and board sub-committee experience includes ASX listed, statutory, proprietary and NFP organisations covering the industrial, financial, educational, professional services, health, local government, property management and development and resources sectors. Mr Cole is Chairman of Neometals Limited and Primobius GmbH, Non-Executive Director of Bilton Canning Pty Ltd, Yourtoolkit.com Limited, and Reed Advanced Materials Pty Ltd. Mr Cole was also previously WA State President and a national board member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is member of the Risk Committee.
