Mr Menzies has over 30 years' experience as a corporate lawyer in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Mr Menzies is a retired partner of Ashurst law firm and prior to his retirement in 2015. During his time at Ashurst he was the Head of China Practice and oversaw the Shanghai and Beijing offices of that firm.
