Stephen Hills

Mr Hills was appointed to the board having initially joined the Group as CFO. Before joining Altamin he was involved with the financing, commissioning and operations of the Kipoi Copper Project in the DRC, and before that the TSX listing of Mirabela Nickel Limited and subsequent initial syndicated project financing for the Santa Rita nickel mine in Brazil. He was CFO of Gallery Gold Limited, which developed the Mupane Gold project in Botswana, and prior to that CFO of a global laboratory services group before its sale to SGS Group.
