Stephen Darke

Mr Darke worked for 25 years in its global Asset Management and Investment Banking Groups until July 2022. He worked in New York from 2006 to 2018 where he specialised in Alternative asset management and corporate strategy, including comanaged the Sass-Macquarie Financial Strategies fund, a private equity fund which established, managed and facilitated capital events for eleven emerging alternative asset managers. He is the chairperson of the Independent Board Committee.
