Simon Shakesheff

Mr Shakesheff is an experienced executive and company director with expertise in property and finance, including strategy, debt and equity finance, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience was developed through advisory and corporate executive roles. He has more than 25 years of experience at global investment banks, working as an equities analyst and corporate advisor to listed real estate groups. He was formerly Head of Strategy and Stakeholder Relations at Stockland Trust Group. He is Chair of Kiwi Property Trust and HomeCo Daily Needs REIT and also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Cbus Property. He is a Risk and Sustainability Committee.
