Mr High has over 45 years experience globally in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Industrial Infrastructure industries. He held Senior Executive roles with Kvaerner Oil & Gas, United Construction, Clough Ltd, Southern Cross Electrical Engineers and Ausgroup Ltd. He resigned from the audit and risk committee on 21 November 2025. During the past three years he has not served as a director of any other listed companies.
