Mr Henry has experience in global finance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, international relations, and strategy. He draws on over 30 years of experience at Royal Dutch Shell plc, where he was Chief Financial Officer between 2009 and 2017. He is Chair of Risk Committee.
