Simon Finnis

White Rock Minerals Ltd | Executive Director
Mr Finnis is a mining professional with over 35 years of experience, including more than a decade in mineral sands. He played a key role in the development of the Pooncarie Mineral Sands Project in New South Wales, serving as General Manager of Operations in 2004 and later Operations Manager, Eastern Australia. From 2012 to 2014, he was CEO of the US $650 million Grand Cote Mineral Sands Project in Senegal. In 2015, he joined Metro Mining as CEO, overseeing the Bauxite Hills Project in Queensland. He was appointed Managing Director on 16 August 2024.
