As an executive, Mr Scott was CEO of Arrow Energy Limited and was instrumental in taking this business from a $20 million coal seam gas explorer to a significant gas and energy producer and leader in the development of the Queensland LNG industry, until Arrow's $3.5 billion acquisition by Shell and Petro-China in 2010.
