Shane Hartwig

Mr Hartwig was a Founder and a Director of Peloton Advisory, a corporate advisory firm with offices in Sydney and Perth. He has more than 30 years of national and international experience in the finance industry and project development, including more recently CFO and commercial lead for a proposed greenfield integrated infrastructure and mining project in WA. Mr Hartwig is accountable to direct and control the Company's operations and to work with the Chairman to provide strategic guidance and direction to the Board to ensure that the Company achieves its mission and objectives associated with progressing Northern Minerals' Browns Range Project into development, including securing project funding.
