Mr Scoullar is a business leader and director with finance, accounting, and commercial expertise across the public and private sectors. He is the CEO of retirement village and aged care operator Summerset Group and serves on the board of both the Retirement Villages Association and the New Zealand Aged Care Association. His previous experience has included roles as CFO of Summerset Group, Housing New Zealand Corporation, and Inland Revenue. He has also previously served on the audit committee of The Treasury New Zealand, the risk and assurance committee of New Zealand Customs Service, and as a director of Wellington City Mission.
