Ms. Karic has 20 years of experience as a lawyer and a career spanning corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources. Ms Karic is a graduate of the University of Sarajevo. After passing the bar exam, she built her career as a lawyer, public notary deputy, and for five years as an Executive Director for Legal Affairs at the Prevent Group, Bosnia's diversified industrial corporation with businesses in the EU. Currently, she is the shareholder and CEO of Legal Solutions d.o.o. a law firm in Bosnia, providing legal and consultancy services mainly for foreign investors and Adriatic Metals BH. She is chair of Sustainability Committee.
