Ryan Parkin

Mr Parkin is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, with a background in auditing and assurance services, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate development, in both the public and private corporate sectors. Having become a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand whilst at Ernst & Young in 2004, a move to corporate development and finance roles included 4 years with an ASX 200 company. Mr Parkin has experience in working closely with public and private company boards with participation in transactions across a range of industry sectors including infrastructure, technology, resources, agribusiness and property.
