Mr Brosnahan is a financial services and technology executive with more than 25 years of international experience across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Asia and the United States. His career has focused on digital transformation, strategy execution and operational delivery in regulated environments, including as Chief Transformation Officer at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where he led the Group's digital transformation programme in addition to having functional responsibility for technology, digital, data, cards and payments. Ryan holds governance and advisory roles across the fintech and payments sector, including a directorship with Banzpay and sits on the advisory Board of Revolut New Zealand and Trustport in addition to advising Boards and Executives on Technology and Digital Transformation.
