Mr Rushworth has experience in petroleum exploration. His career began in exploration operations before progressing to senior roles, including Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager for an ASX listed company, during which time several oil and gas discoveries were achieved. In recent years, he has been responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing international new venture opportunities in Malta, Kenya, Morocco, and Namibia, as well as farming out these projects to industry participants.
