Rosemary Fagen

Ms Fagen is Chair of the Sustainability Committee. Ms Fagen was the Head of Operational Excellence, People; Office of the Chief Operating Officer of Rio Tinto until January 2024. As part of the Chief Operating Officer's core team, Rosemary drove change to the business with the introduction of the Rio Tinto Safe Production System. She provided the strategic approach to change management, ensuring the business is resourced, ready, empowered and engaged to bring together proven tools, rituals, and leading practices into the one framework.
