Roger Dobson

Mr Dobson has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Centuria Property Funds No.2 (CPF2L), the responsible entity of Centuria Industrial REIT (CIP), since October 2017 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in July 2020. He is also a member of CPF2L's Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee. He has experience in restructuring and insolvency matters throughout Australia. For more than a decade, Mr Dobson has represented main banking syndicates, offshore funds holding a substantial debt position, companies experiencing financial distress, liquidators, administrators, and receivers. His experience covers a diverse range of industries, including energy and resources, mining services, construction, engineering services, media and communications, investment banking and financial services, retail, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Mr Dobson heads Jones Day's Business Restructuring and Reorganisation practice in Australia.
