Mr Amos is an experienced non-executive Director with extensive finance and management experience. He was formerly Chairman of Contango Asset Management Limited and a non-executive Director of 3P Learning Limited. He was formerly a non-executive Director at REA Group Ltd, where he was the Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and a member of its Human Resources Committee. At 3P Learning Limited, he was the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of its Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Roger was also previously a Director of Austar United Communications Limited and Enero Group Limited as well as Governor on the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation.
