Rodney Heale

Mr Heale has more than 30 years experience in the building, construction, and infrastructure industries across Australia. Before joining Decmil, Mr Heale was Chief Operating Officer of John Hollands Australia and Asia business and for more than a decade was Regional Executive for Thiess, John Holland and CPB Contractors. Mr Heale has also served on the boards of John Holland Group (2017-2022), CPB Contractors (2016-2017) and Roche Thiess Linfox Mining and Earthworks (2011-2014).
