Bob Robert Latta

Mr Latta was a Senior Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, one of the U.S.' technology and growth business law firms, from 1979 until 2019, and was Senior of Counsel at the firm from 2019 until his retirement in 2024. He served on the firm's Executive, Policy, Compensation and WS Investments Committees during that time, and his practice covered a range of general corporate and transactional matters, including company formations, venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
