Mr Hamilton is a member of the capital markets and finance community in New Zealand, with 30 years' experience in executive roles. Mr Hamilton was previously Chief Financial Officer at SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited and a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Jarden (formerly First NZ Capital). Mr Hamilton is Chair of the People and Culture Committee and is a member of the and Risk Committee.
